About This Career Opportunity

The Resident Care Coordinator:

  • Coordinates and organizes the medication program with the Health Care Coordinator
  • Provides coordination and leadership in the delivery of care to all residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, as appropriate.
  • Ensures proper staffing through completion of the staff schedule and management of vacations and call-offs.
  • Ensures that medical records are completed and in compliance with Title 22 and Federal Regulations, to include, but not limited to: Initial Advance Directives, Resident Rights information, and evaluations required.

Are You Qualified?

Here's what you need:

  • Current First Aid Training and Certifications as per Title 22.
  • Working knowledge of computers and typing, sufficient enough to be successful with computerized Point of Care and other systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must possess effective English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in long term care, home care or related field.
