The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and organizing the medication program with the Health Care Coordinator, and providing coordination and Leadership in the delivery of care to all the residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The Resident Care Coordinator is also a key contributor to ensuring proper staffing through completion of the Staff schedule and management of call offs.
The Resident Assistant (RA) caregiver provides an array of services including, but not limited to, personal care, light housekeeping, dining services and group and individual activities. The Life Enrichment Specialist position plans, coordinates and implements meaningful therapeutic activities and events for residents in our memory care and assisted living community. Works closely with Life Enrichment Director in providing programming to stimulate and support the social, physical, and emotional needs of our residents.

Follows established infection control and other environmental practices and procedures. Detects and corrects cleaning and environmental situations before a complaint is received.
The Sales Counselor is responsible for successful execution of sales in order to meet or exceed all sales and occupancy goals. Additionally, the Sales Counselor is responsible for driving traffic to the community through referral development, networking and events. The Sales Counselor is responsible for representing the community to prospective residents. The Counselor manages the occupancy process from the first inquiry to the receipt of deposit to move-in with respect to the representation, negotiation and promotion of the community to that individual.
The Sales Counselor also joins networking groups and seek opportunities to present and host events in the local market to create a strong presence for the community.

The Health Care Coordinator is responsible to the Resident Services Director for direct resident care and administration of medications in accordance with the care plan. Trains the Medication Assistants and provides oversight to the Medication Program. Performs assessments of residents when there is a change of conditions and follows-up with the appropriate medical team for intervention and notification of family members. Works with the Resident Services Director and the Resident Assistants to ensure the individual resident care needs are being met.
Under the supervision of the Dining Room Supervisor and Culinary Services Director, records resident food selection, delivers food and beverages, cleans and re-sets tables. Assists residents with salad and breakfast bar and delivers trays, as needed.
